This adversary proceeding is a state court action removed to this Court on December 8, 1992. Plaintiff Bowen Corporation, Inc. (“debtor”), is the debtor-in-possession in a chapter 11 case pending in Arizona. Bowen Corporation, Inc. has moved that venue for the removed adversary proceeding be transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
