MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MATTERS PENDING IN THE ADVERSARY PROCEEDINGS

The matters in the three adversary proceedings pending before this Court are related to the three Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Wedlo Holdings, Inc., Case No. 96-B-2698; Wedlo Finance, Inc., Case No. 96-B-2701; and Wedlo, Inc., Case No. 96-B-2702 pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
