REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION TO THE DISTRICT COURT OF MOTION FOR ABSTENTION FROM ADVERSARY PROCEEDING

This matter comes before me upon my own motion to show cause why abstention from the above adversary proceeding should not be recommended to the district court.
