This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing an action brought against Glenwood Hills Hospitals, Inc., and Raymond T. Rascop, its superintendent, by George W. Campbell to recover damages for loss of wages, impairment of earning capacity, injury to his person, and false imprisonment. The action was based upon defendants’ alleged interference with plaintiff’s right to due process of law while an involun tary patient at defendant hospital and the administration of what plaintiff claims was unauthorized medical treatment.
