The Chancellor.
This case presents for decision the question of who were elected directors of Montana Pacific Oil Company, a corporation of this State, at the annual meeting of stockholders held at Great Falls, Montana, on December 13, 1927. Five directors were to be elected. Two tickets were presented, each containing the names of five persons. One ticket was presented by what, for convenience, will be referred to as the Mau faction, the other by what for convenience will be referred to as the Chessher faction.
