OPINION AND ORDER
MELTON, District Judge.
This cause came on to be heard by the Court sitting without a jury on the 19th day of September, 1986. This is an action brought by the Secretary of Labor under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. [hereinafter “Act”], against VAFLA Corporation and Wayne H. Saunders, seeking prospective and restitutionary injunctive relief against defendants, pursuant to § 17 of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 217, for alleged violations of the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Act, together with an award of liquidated damages,…
