This is a suit to quiet title to a tract of land located in Hood River county. Defendants appeal from a decree in favor of plaintiff.

In September, 1928, proceedings were commenced by Hood River county to foreclose delinquent tax liens against certain parcels of real property, including an 80-aere tract owned by W. E. Dabney, defendants’ predecessor in interest. The foreclosure proceedings correctly described the property in question and named ~W. E. Dabney as the owner. A summons was published directing W. E.
