Affirming.
Appellants and 18 other property owners of the town were defendants to a suit seeking to recover for improvements of streets abutting their respective properties. The two named are appealing from a judgment declaring liens and directing sale in satisfaction. Separate petitions were filed, though the cases were consolidated and heard by a special judge.
