The Cleveland Wrecking Company, appellant in this appeal, is a corporation engaged in business as a wrecking contractor. The nature of its business is dismantling and removing various buildings and structures and removing the old material and debris from the site upon which such buildings have been erected in order that new buildings might be constructed thereon.
