GOODWYN, Justice.
Paul Reed, whose domicile was in Washington County, Alabama, died intestate on March 10, 1950. Administration of his estate is pending in the Probate Court of that county. His estate consists of personal property acquired by him during his lifetime through his own efforts. No part of his estate came to him by inheritance. He was never married. His parents predeceased him.
