STEPHENS, J.

The plaintiffs are Willard and Linda Randles and their

minor son Jeffery, by Linda Randles, his guardian ad litem. Each appeals from the judgments entered after three jury verdicts: one in favor of Linda; one in favor of Jeffery; and one against Willard. The action arose out of a traffic accident in which defendant’s truck collided with the rear end of plaintiff Willard Randles’ station wagon.
