The plaintiff and appellant, Nancy Miller, commenced this action against the defendant to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been the proximate result of an electric shock. It developed that in July 1960 the agents of the defendant San Diego Gas and Electric Company had occasion to install a new transformer upon the electric line in Chula Vista from which the Miller home was served.
