MANFORD, Judge.

This is a direct appeal from a judgment for breach of disability insurance contract against insurer. The judgment is affirmed but modified to include prejudgment interest on $500.00 accruing from October 7, 1987, pursuant to § 408.020, RSMo 1986.

Appellant presents three points on appeal which, in summary, charge that the trial court erred (1) in failing to award prejudgment interest on money damages pursuant to § 408.020, RSMo 1986; (2) in failing to award judgment for vexatious refusal to pay pursuant to § 375.420, RSMo 1986; and (3) in failing to award attorney’s fees…
