Plaintiffs-appellants N. R. Garrett, et al. (plaintiffs) 1 appeal the judgment of the trial court awarding them $953.21 in their action to recover usurious interest paid on their loan of $200,000.00 from defendant-respondent Citizens Savings Association (defendant). It is undisputed that usurious interest was exacted by defendant on the loan in question.
