Introduction

Curties Tolliver (Employee) appeals from a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) denying him unemployment benefits. We reverse and remand.

Factual and Procedural Background

Employee was employed by Friend Tire Company (Employer) for just under 90 days when he was discharged in March 2010. Employee worked between 40-50 hours per week as a tire delivery route driver.
