In the above entitled proceeding to register land in Minneapolis, Hennepin county, judgment registering said land in Douglas Rees as owner was entered and a certificate issued to him April 25,1939. On July 22, 1940, appellant, George F. Dean, moved the court for leave to intervene and to file and serve his proposed answer in the registration proceeding. The motion was denied September 9, 3940. On September 3.9, 1940, appellant again sought relief by moving to vacate the order of September 9, 1940, and for a new trial of the registration proceeding. This motion was denied by…
