The writ of error was granted herein on the conflict of decision amongst the Courts of Civil Appeals. The Court of Civil Appeals for the Ninth District, in affirming the judgment of the county court, held that the lien of a mechanic doing repairs upon an automobile was superior to the lien created by the prior registration of a duly executed chattel mortgage upon the car. • 281 S.
