Appellant bank brought this suit on notes executed by appellee Laughlin and to foreclose a chattel mortgage on an automobile given to secure their payment. Appellees Henderson & Lefforge were in possession of the automobile, claiming a lien thereon to secure the payment of charges for labor and material in repair thereof, and were made parties defendant.
