This is an appeal by defendants-appellants, Kenneth and Betty Miller from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Franklin County entered upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff-respondent, Milton W. Kopff.

Plaintiff Kopff brought suit on a promissory note dated January 17, 1963 in the principal amount of $3,500.00 payable to him and signed by Kenneth and Betty Miller. The note provided that “Sixty days after date, for value received we promise to pay to the order of Milton W.
