MEMORANDUM DECISION

PARKER, District Judge.

The Debtor, Burger Boys, Inc. (“Burger Boys”), appeals an Order of the Bankruptcy Court, dated June 21, 1994, abstaining under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(c) from adjudicating an ad versary proceeding and granting relief from an automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(d).
