MEMORANDUM AND OPINION
ROSENTHAL, District Judge.
In one of the briefs filed in this case, two of the defendants characterized the case removed to this court as “the tip of a much larger iceberg.” The “iceberg” is the litigation pending in the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Louisiana. That litigation, and this case, arise from the insolvency and reorganization of the WRT Energy Corporation, a company initially headquartered in Montgomery County, Texas, then in Lafayette, Louisiana.
