In this matter, Appellants John D. St. John and Kathy M. St. John (“Appellants”) challenge the Superior Court’s decision affirming the declaratory judgment order issued by the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, finding Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company (“Penn National”) liable for a judgment against its insured LPH Plumbing and Heating (“LPH Plumbing”) under a policy of commercial general liability (CGL) insurance in effect from July 1, 2003 to July 1, 2004.
