This is a bill in equity filed October 8, 1910, in the circuit court of Cook county, Ill., by A. G. Morse Company, complainant, a corporation of Illinois, against the Walter M. Eowney Company, defendant, a corporation of Massachusetts, seeking relief from unfair competition in the dressing of a candy box to hold milk chocolate creams. In due time the’ suit was transferred to the then Circuit Court of the United States for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, and the pleadings were completed; the answer denying liability.
