CLARK, Circuit Judge.
This litigation is what usually ensues between “former” friends. One may generally expect and here one finds a greater bitterness. The plaintiff-appellant is a manufacturer of electrical heating equipment. The individual defendant is an electrical engineer. He worked for various companies in designing and supervising the manufacture of electrical apparatus of one kind or another. In 1927 he incorporated his own company 1 and in the course of filling an order for vulcanizers he had occasion to purchase the plaintiff-appellant’s electrical heating units. The association…
