The appellant, McDonald’s Corporation, appeals from a default judgment entered in favor of the appellees, Marlin Hawkins and Marvine Hawkins, his wife. The Hawkinses have declined to file a responsive brief. One issue is raised on appeal — whether a motion to set aside a default judgment is deemed denied within 30 days of filing under Ark. R. App. R 4(c). Because the chancellor apparently decided this issue in McDonald’s favor, we dismiss the appeal.
