Phillips Petroleum Cpmpany sued Daniel Motor Company for $1,118.56. Plaintiff and defendant are corporations. In the first count of plaintiff’s petition it was al7 Ieged, in substance, that on all the dates mentioned in the petition plaintiff was engaged in distributing gasoline, oil, etc., through W. M. Mitchell, its bulk station agent at Wichita Falls.
