OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

Appellant Robert Inglish sued Union State Bank (“the Bank”), alleging that the Bank violated the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“DTPA”) and that it was guilty of negligence, fraud, breach of contract, wrongful sequestration, and tortious interference with a contract. The Bank attacked the first three causes of action (DTPA, negligence, and fraud or negligent misrepresentation) in a motion for summary judgment, which was granted.
