Affirming.
Appellee, A. D. Farley, brought this action in equity. She resided in Warren county. The defendants to the action were M. E. Mogg, trustee, and M. E. Mogg personally, C. S. Craig, Walter A. French and the Citizens’ National Bank of Bowling Green. Mogg and Craig'resided at Indianapolis, Indiana; W. A. French at Bowling-Green. Mogg and Craig hied their petition and bond to remove the case to the United States district court. The court overruled the motion to remove, and this is the first question raised on the appeal.
