MEMORANDUM OPINION

SUE L. ROBINSON, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

On April 12, 2006, Joan T. Kloth (“plaintiff’), a pro se plaintiff, filed the present action against Southern Christian University (“SCU”) and its Board of Directors (“the Board”). 1 (D.I.2) Plaintiff alleges that SCU and the Board (collectively, “defendants”) breached an implied contract to provide plaintiff with a complete education. (Id. at 14) Plaintiff also alleges that defendants discriminated against her because of her non-Christian religion, presumably in violation of Title VII of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964.…
