MEMORANDUM OPINION

ECONOMUS, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on motion by the Defendants for summary judgment. Having reviewed the record and considered the facts in a light most favorable to the non-movant Plaintiff, the Court will grant summary judgment.

Plaintiff, Ruth Dunn, has been employed by the Medina General Hospital (Hospital) as a commercial biller since 1969. On June 25, 1992, Ms. Dunn filed a charge of age discrimination with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
