MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ECONOMUS, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (Dkt.# 14). For the reasons stated below, the court finds Defendant’s motion to be meritorious as it pertains to Plaintiff’s second and fourth causes of action.

Plaintiff, age 48, has been employed by Trumbull Memorial Hospital for 19 years. She alleges that American Practitioners Management Inc.(“APM”), which provided staffing services for Trumbull Memorial, discriminated against her because of her age in violation of 29 U.S.C. § 623 as well as O.R.C.
