Before the Court are Defendants’ Motion to Strike [ECF No. 845], and Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification [ECF No. 657.] These Motions have resulted in a deluge of briefing; the Class Certification Motion alone spawned seven separate briefs that total more than 300 pages (not including the attached exhibits) and that include two sur-replies and several notices of supplemental authority.
