This is an action wherein the plaintiff Electronic Development Company, a corporation, seeks specific performance of an instrument purporting to be a contract between said corporation and the defendant Robson-Burgess Company, a copartnership, and for an accounting based upon the contract against said partnership and its partners, defendants Andrew M.
