The issue here to be resolved is whether the trial court erred in dismissing a diversity action for want of jurisdiction. James Milligan, Gene McGill and Frank Oiler, all citizens of the State of Oklahoma, brought an action in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma against Robert Anderson, William Ross Cabeen, and the Cabeen Exploration Corporation, a corporation.
