McENTEE, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from the district court’s order dismissing a complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendants and for failure to join an indispensable party. The plaintiff, appellant here, is an advertising consultant. The principal defendants are Erwin-Wasey, Inc., an advertising agency, and Inter-public Group of Companies, Inc., Erwin-Wasey’s parent corporation. The other defendants are formal parties, it being alleged that they are indebted to Erwin-Wasey and Interpublic. The plaintiff claims that he and Erwin-Wasey entered into a contract in 1954-55…
