Plaintiff-Appellant Susan Myers (“Myers”) brought this lawsuit against Defendants-Appellees Cuyahoga County, the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners, Elsie Caraballo, and Luis Vazquez (referred to collectively as “Cuyahoga County” or “the County”), claiming that Cuyahoga County failed to make reasonable accommodations as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and terminated her because of her race and sex in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and the Ohio Revised Code § 4112.
