Defendant-Appellant Yinka Olanrewaju Badmus was convicted, following a jury trial, of one count of attempted possession of five or more false identification documents with the intent to use them and to transfer them unlawfully, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(3) and (f). The district court (Gleeson, J..) sentenced Defendant principally to 30 months’ imprisonment, which he is currently serving.
