Petitioner Ruben Campaneria appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Duffy, J., dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1982). After a jury trial in the Supreme Court of New York, Campaneria was convicted of manslaughter in the first degree, N.Y.
