Plaintiff, Alfred Kunz, sued Frank O. Lowden, James E. Gorman, and Joseph B.. Fleming, as trustees of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company, a corporation, in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas.
