This is an appeal from the district court of Beckham county from an order of the trial court sustaining a demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence. The action was filed by P. H. Corbitt against J. W. Logan, Nell Logan, the Fail-view Building & Loan Association, Sayre Abstract, Title & Guaranty Company, and O. I. Jones, for foreclosure of a mechanics’ lien.
