I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Second Amended Motion and Memorandum for Entry of Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. # 81) and Defendant Amazon.com, Inc.'s Unopposed Motion to File Documents Under Seal (Dkt. # 82).
