LA PLATA, District Judge.
On January 29, 1986, the Defendants, a physician and his professional corporation, filed a Motion to Quash the service of process, which indicates that they were served on January 9, 1986. In its Complaint, Plaintiff, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, alleged that Defendant Hubert W.
