MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ROBERTS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Betty Gene Ali filed a motion for default judgment as to defendant Anthony Noble to which Noble responded by filing a motion to set aside entry of default, arguing that service had never been effected. Ali also filed a motion for sanctions under Rule 11, Fed.R.Civ.P., for having to respond to Noble’s motion to set aside entry of default which Ali deemed frivolous.
