This action was brought by plaintiffs, as citizens and taxpayers *373of the city of Chatfield, to e3ijoin that city from raising money by taxation to pay certain bonds of the city, and from paying the bonds or interest, on the ground that such bonds were illegal and void. The defendants are the city, its treasurer, and the holders of the bonds. The trial resulted in a decision for defendants, and plaintiffs appealed from an order refusing a new trial.
