Plaintiff Charles V. Savas and his wife,

plaintiff Lillian Savas, .were injured in an automobile accident occurring about 3 o’clock in the afternoon on November 1, 1940, on State highway M-113 at a point about three miles east of the town of Kingsley. To recover their respective claims for damages resulting from such accident, plaintiff Charles V.
