Tbe claimant in tbis unemployment compensation case worked for appellant from June 16, 1944, to June 2, 1947, as a collector of periodical subscription pay ments. The bureau denied benefits to claimant on the ground that he was financially ineligible to receive compensation under section 401 (a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law of December 5, 1936, P. L. (1937) 2897, as amended by the Act of May 29,1945, P. L. 1145, §8, 43 PS §801.
