The appellant was denied unemployment compensation by the bureau, the referee and the board.
The board found: “1. The claimant was last employed as a fire watch and safety inspector by Publicker Commercial Alcohol Company, 1325 W. Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from July 1944 to May 31, 1945. 2. At the time of his separation, the claimant was employed as a safety inspector, in which capacity he had nothing whatever to do with fire equipment.
