This is an appeal from a decree overruling exceptions to the master’s report and dismissing the complaint for an accounting. Defendant is in the business of making and selling the “Jim Vaughan” Electric Meat, Fish and Bone Cutter and the parts and supplies used on that machine. On March 31, 1937 plaintiff was employed by defendant as its exclusive sales agent for Greater Chicago, except that defendant reserved the right to sell direct, without paying plaintiff any commissions, to chain store headquarters, to the Government, to Chicago purchasers who bought for other territories, and, in case…
