Netisingha v. End of the Line, Inc.

This action was brought as a shareholder’s derivative suit by the plaintiffs, Bung-Orn Netisingha and Uthan Netisingha against End of the Line, Inc., and its officers and directors, Mary G. Creamer, Terrence T. Creamer, Phontong Netisingha and Prasit Netisingha.
