It is claimed in the argument, first, that the judgment is erroneous because the fine unpaid is made payable to the State of Illinois when it should have been made payable to the People of the State of Illinois. It may be conceded that there is a technical defect in the form of the judgment as entered by the superior court, but the defect is no ground for a reversal of the judgment.
